LTC launch MOBO Fellowships for mid-career leaders from BAME backgrounds who are ready to break through into Executive leadership.
LTC is partnering with MOBO to address the lack of diversity at Executive level in theatre buildings. We are offering six-month fellowships, lasting from January to July 2016, to create capacity for change and support up to four mid-career leaders from BAME backgrounds to break through into leadership roles such as Executive Producer / Executive Director.
